Order Cancellation Policy

 

Welcome to Taronivla (hereinafter referred to as "I", "we"). We are committed to providing high-quality kitchen furniture and an excellent online shopping experience. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation Conditions

To ensure efficient logistics, our order processing system operates quickly. Therefore, the ability to cancel an order depends on the status of the order and the time elapsed since placement:

  • Cancellable Orders: If your order was placed within the last 48 hours and has not yet been shipped, you may request a direct cancellation. We will approve the cancellation and initiate a full refund.
  • Non-Cancellable Orders: If more than 48 hours have passed since the order was placed, or if the order has already been shipped (regardless of the time elapsed), the order cannot be cancelled directly. In this case, please wait for the logistics provider to deliver the items. Once received, you may contact us to initiate a return and refund process. Order Cancellation Process

If your order meets the cancellation conditions mentioned above, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Contact our customer service team immediately via email at info@taronivla.com or by phone at +1 (210) 887-2988. In your communication, please provide your Order Number and Payment Proof (such as a transaction receipt or confirmation email) to verify your identity.
  • Step 2: Our customer service team will review your application immediately upon receipt. Once the cancellation is approved, we will inform you of the result and arrange for the refund processing right away.

Refund Explanation

  • Refund Method: Once the cancellation or return is confirmed, the refund will be automatically returned to the original bank card (Visa, MasterCard) account used for the payment.
  • Arrival Time: Depending on the processing efficiency of different bank card issuing institutions, we estimate that the refund will arrive in your account within 1-5 business days.
  • Overdue Handling: If you have not received the refund after the estimated time, please contact us immediately so we can investigate the issue with the payment processor.

Order Modification

  • Address Changes: If you need to modify the shipping address or contact information, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. If the order has not been shipped, we will do our best to update the information. We cannot modify the address once the package has been handed over to the carrier.
  • Item Changes: We do not support modifying the items in an order (e.g., changing models or quantities) after the order is confirmed. If you need to make changes, please request a cancellation (if eligible) and place a new order.

Order Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel an order unilaterally under specific circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Stock Issues: In the rare event that the kitchen furniture item you ordered is out of stock or discontinued.
  • Payment Security: If our system detects unauthorized or suspicious payment activity, we may cancel the order to protect the security of your account.
  • In such cases, we will notify you via email and process a full refund immediately.
