Delivery Scope
We currently ship exclusively to addresses within Australia. We do not support delivery to other countries at this time.

  • Free Shipping: Orders of 90 AUD and above (inclusive of 90 AUD) are eligible for free delivery.

  • Standard Shipping: For orders under 90 AUD, a flat shipping fee of 9.99 AUD will be charged.

Processing Time
Please allow 1 to 3 business days for us to process your order and prepare it for dispatch.

Transit Time
Once dispatched, the transportation period typically fluctuates between 7 to 10 business days, depending on your location within Australia.

Our primary logistics partners include Australia Post, StarTrack, Sendle, and Allied Express to ensure your kitchen furniture arrives safely.

6. Cancellation of Orders

Cancellation Conditions

  • Orders may be cancelled directly within 48 hours of placement if the order has not yet been shipped.

  • Orders placed more than 48 hours ago or orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. In such cases, please wait for the logistics carrier to deliver the items, and then contact us to initiate a return and refund.

Refunds
Refunds for cancelled orders will be returned to the same payment method you used for the purchase.

Arrival Time
Once the refund conditions are met, the funds will be returned to the bank card (Visa, MasterCard) account used for payment.
