Return, Exchange and Refund Policy

 

Welcome to Taronivla (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "our"). We are committed to providing high-quality kitchen furniture and an excellent online shopping experience. Please read the following policy carefully to understand your rights regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Return and Exchange Validity Period
We offer a 45-day return and exchange window. You have 45 days from the date you sign for the receipt of the goods to request a return or exchange. If 45 days have passed since your receipt of the item, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Return and Exchange Conditions
We accept returns and exchanges under the following circumstances:

  • Appearance Issues: The product arrives with visible scratches, dents, or other cosmetic damage.
  • Quality Issues: The product has structural defects or functional failures preventing normal use.
  • Odors or Severe Color Differences: The product has a strong chemical smell or the color differs significantly from the product description/images.
  • Wrong Item Sent: The product received does not match the item ordered (incorrect model, size, or style).
  • No Reason Return: You simply changed your mind. In this case, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Return Process

  • Please contact us via email at info@taronivla.com or call us at +1 (210) 887-2988 to submit a return request. You must provide your order number, proof of payment, the reason for the return, and relevant videos or photos showing the issue.
  • Our customer service team will process your application immediately. If approved, we will inform you via your contact method and provide the specific return address.
  • You are required to ship the item back to our designated return address and wait for us to receive the package.
  • Upon receipt, we will immediately inspect the item to verify if it matches the reported situation. If the inspection is passed, we will arrange a refund immediately. For more information on refunds, please refer to the Refund Policy section below.

Exchange Process

  • Please contact us via email at info@taronivla.com or call us at +1 (210) 887-2988 to submit an exchange request. You must provide your order number, proof of payment, the reason for the exchange, and relevant videos or photos.
  • Our customer service team will process your application immediately. If approved, we will inform you via your contact method and provide the return address.
  • You are required to ship the item back to our designated return address and wait for us to receive the package.
  • Upon receipt, we will immediately inspect the item. If the inspection is passed, we will arrange for the new item to be prepared within 1-3 business days. The estimated delivery time for the new item is 7-10 business days. For more information on shipping times, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

Refund Process

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be returned to the original bank card (Visa, MasterCard) account used for the payment.
  • Arrival Time: Depending on the processing efficiency of different banking institutions, we estimate the refund will arrive in your account within 1-5 business days. If it is overdue, please contact us for assistance.

Fee Rules

  • We cover the shipping costs for returns or exchanges caused by: Appearance issues, quality issues, odors/severe color differences, or wrong items sent.
  • You cover the shipping costs for returns or exchanges caused by: No reason returns (change of mind).

Return Label
A return label is included inside every package to facilitate your return process. Please keep this label safe until you are sure you will keep the item.

Liability Statement
We are not liable for any damage or defects resulting from improper assembly, misuse, neglect, or alteration of the furniture by the user. Our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product. We do not accept responsibility for indirect or consequential losses beyond the value of the goods.

Item Condition for Returns
For "No Reason" returns, the furniture must be unassembled and returned in its original packaging with all accessories and manuals included. If the returned item is found to be damaged due to poor packaging by the customer during the return transit, we reserve the right to deduct the loss in value from the refund.
