Delivery Scope
We currently offer delivery services exclusively throughout Australia. We do not support shipping to countries other than Australia at this time.
Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping: Orders totaling 90 AUD or more are eligible for free shipping.
- Flat Rate: For orders totaling less than 90 AUD, a standard shipping fee of 9.99 AUD will apply.
Taxes
All applicable taxes and related fees are already included in the product price displayed on our website. You are not required to pay any additional tax fees upon delivery.
Order Cut-off Time
Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Australia/Sydney, AEST/AEDT). Orders placed before 6:00 PM on a business day will begin processing on the same day. Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed on the following business day. If an order is placed on a non-business day (weekend or public holiday), processing will commence on the next available business day.
Processing Time
Once your order is confirmed, please allow 1-3 business days for us to process, pack, and hand over your items to the carrier.
Transit Time
After the order has been dispatched from our facility, the estimated transit time is 7-10 business days. Please note that total delivery time involves both processing time and transit time.
Logistics Carriers
To ensure your furniture arrives safely, we partner with reputable carriers including Australia Post, StarTrack, Sendle, and Allied Express. The specific carrier will depend on the size and weight of your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your order number, payment receipt, and logistics carrier information. You can track the status of your shipment by visiting the "Track Your Order" page on our website. Simply enter your email address or phone number along with the corresponding order number to view real-time updates.
Liability Statement
- Product Damage or Loss: If your item is lost during transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange for a replacement or refund in accordance with our return policy.
- Modifications and Cancellations: If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us before the item is shipped. Once the order has been handed over to the logistics carrier, we cannot modify or cancel the shipment.
- Delivery Address Responsibility: We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, the customer may be responsible for re-shipping costs.
Signing Instructions
Upon arrival of your kitchen furniture, please inspect the outer packaging before signing for the delivery. If there is visible damage to the packaging, please note "Package Damaged" on the carrier's delivery receipt or refuse the shipment and contact us immediately. Signing without noting damage may affect our ability to file a claim with the carrier.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If you are not available at the provided address to receive the delivery, the carrier may leave a card with instructions on how to collect your package from a local depot or arrange for re-delivery. It is your responsibility to arrange collection or re-delivery within the timeframe specified by the carrier to avoid the package being returned to us.
